BOUNCING PARTY RULES, RENTAL AGREEMENT AND LIABILITY DISCLAIMER
Our customers and their children are our number one priority, therefore we have established the following safety instructions to make sure that everyone has a safe and fun jumping experience. It is the responsibility of the person or organization hiring this inflatable equipment to ensure that the following safety instructions are followed:
2) No food, drink or chewing gum on or around the inflatable(s). This will avoid a choking risk and keep the unit clean.
3) Shoes, glasses, jewelry, and badges must be removed before using the inflatable(s) to avoid injury to people using the equipment and harm to the inflatable(s). Assure that all users have emptied their pockets prior to use.
4) No face paints, party poppers, colored streamers or silly string to be used either on or near the inflatable(s). (Please note these products contain chemicals that will eat through the vinyl and cause damage to the inflatable(s) that cannot be repaired)
5) NO open flames are allowed within 20 feet of the inflatable(s). This includes smoking, barbeques, grills and campfires.
6) Please encourage use of common sense with the inflatable. No one is to lie down while others are jumping, no flips or somersaults. Climbing or pulling on netting should not be allowed. Avoid jumping near the entryway as a risk of sliding out the opening exists. All exits should be done feet first and with caution. Absolutely no jumping on the entry/exit step is to be allowed.
7) Under no circumstance should the unit be unplugged while it is occupied. No one is allowed in the inflatable during inflation or deflation.
8) Do not allow use of the inflatable when it is wet. The wet condition makes it extremely slippery, dangerous, and users more susceptible to injury. Do not allow use of sprinklers, water guns, or garden hoses in or around the inflatable.
9) Always ensure that the inflatable is not overcrowded and limit numbers according to the age and size of children using it. Try to avoid large and small children from using it at the same time as the smaller children would become more susceptible to injury. Please limit maximum number of children at one time to 8 (eight) for children 7 years old and under and 6 (six) for ages 8-12.
10) Ensure children are not pushing, colliding, fighting or behaving in a manner likely to injure or cause distress to others.
11) No pets, toys or sharp instruments in, on or around the inflatable at any time.
13) Please ensure that children are properly clothed before entering inflatable.
14) In the event that the blower stops working, please ensure all users get off the inflatable immediately and calmly. Check the fuses and circuit breakers and make sure the blower tube or deflation tube has not come undone and that nothing is obstructing the blower. In the event that it overheats or loses power, switch the blower off at the mains, then switch it back on again 2 minutes later and it should restart. If it does not, inform us immediately.
15) In the event of power outages, high winds, rain or thunderstorms do not allow anyone to use the inflatable(s). Evacuate everyone, unplug the unit, and cover the blower to protect from rain.
16) Do not allow children to play with or around the blower and/or the extension cords. It is a good idea to gather the children at the beginning of the event, identify the blower and cords for them, and tell them that the blower and cords are off limits. 17)THE MOST IMPORTANT RULE: DO NOT let children play on the inflatable(s) without responsible adult supervision. Adult supervision is necessary to enforce these rules for safe operation of the Inflatable. What size jumper do I need?
Rain Policy: During periods of severe weather conditions (I.E. rain, high winds, ect). We reserve the right to cancel our reservations, If conditions are not too severe we will give you the option of keeping it or not. If you decide to keep the unit for the term of this rental agreement, there will be no refunds!

2) Customer assumes all responsibility for injuries to persons or damages to property, and
agrees to release and hold BOUNCING PARTY, The owners and employees harmless for any and all claims, of whatsoever nature, arising out of use of the rental equipment while in his/her custody. 7) If the inflatable equipment is lost, stolen, or damaged beyond repair the renter agrees to
pay a firm replacement fee of $2000.00 (two thousand dollars and 0 cents).
8) Customer agrees to remain with and be responsible for inflatable(s) if requested setup is in a public place until such time that a BOUNCING PARTY representative returns to repossess, despite any unforeseen time delays on the part of BOUNCING PARTY in returning to collect inflatable(s)
9) Under no circumstances shall the customer or anyone else make any attempts to pull up the stakes or move the jumper to a new location. Not only is this a safety issue due to the weight of the jumper, but moving it without the proper know-how can result in irreparable tears or holes to the jumper for which the customer will be financially responsible.(see # 7, above)
10) The inflatable(s) works best with a dedicated outlet preferably no more than 200 feet from the house. Shared outlets carry more of a risk of blown fuses which increase the risk of premature deflation. 11) If customer requests setup in an area that makes it necessary for BOUNCING PARTY to bring their vehicle onto a lawn or otherwise landscaped area, the customer assumes risk of damage to grass, shrubs, or materials left in the path in which BOUNCING PARTY vehicle is driven.
The person/s or organization renting this equipment from BOUNCING PARTY will
be held responsible and liable for any and all damage or injury occurring for any
reason whatsoever. I have read the above agreement and fully understand and
